Welcome to www.californiacoastlands.com. I am Nancy Sanders,
a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. I enjoy
working all over the Monterey Peninsula including Carmel,
Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Carmel Highlands, and Big Sur. In
particular the area known as Big Sur has been my home for over
28 years. Big Sur is a stretch of coastline about 100 miles long,
running from just south of Carmel to the Monterey County line
north of San Simeon.
   My husband, Alan Perlmutter, is the general partner of the Big
Sur River Inn. This family oriented resort is located about 25 miles
south of Carmel alongside the Big Sur River. You will find a motel,
a restaurant with full bar (open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner), a

   Together we have raised three children in the community and in
the process we have gained a lot of knowledge about local schools,
sports, and youth programs. We feel privileged to call Big Sur our home.
